We would like to point out that for the purpose of an easier shopping process and for the later processing of the contract, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the subscriber within the scope of cookies, as well as name, address and other information that you enter in the course of the order. In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: first and last name, billing address, e-mail address and, if available, telephone number, company name, VAT ID and a different delivery address. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax consultant for the fulfilment of our tax obligations. After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax law retention period (7 years). In addition, the data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised. Thus only a rough localization is possible. This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google observes the data protection regulations of the „EU-US Privacy Shield“ agreement. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern within the meaning of the DSGVO (justified interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. The user data is stored for a period of 12 months.
